For a bit more clarification- the Plank I sold last October, graded SGC-50 and pictured at the right of the top row in John's photo gallery, was a series 350 but in fact had a very rich deep blue color. However, when I looked at it with a loupe it also had a very strong dot matrix pattern, more so than some others I've seen. I remember when I first looked at it that concerned me, but it was of course genuine. But with the variation in color and dot matrix, is it possible that two different plates were in fact used for the front? |
