I completely agree with your assessment. Among other things, I collect Pre WW1 cards of Washington players. I have the majority of the players with the Boston Store back, however, I have only been able to acquire 1 Collins McCarthy card (a Milan in G/VG condition that I bought from Mark Macrae a few years back). I know Larry Frisch has a bunch in his catalog, but frankly I am leery of purchasing any of those without a scan. |
