Hey Tim, glad to see you posting here. Along with what Leon has suggested, make sure the title of your jpg file isnt too long, and there arent any spaces, dashes, etc. Otherwise the scan won't load. Also, if you are using Mozilla firefox, that would also cause the uploading problem...if that's the case, try again with internet explorer and it should work.
