I remember calling Renatto in the early 90's when I had this rum dum card shop part time to order something, I don't recall what.

I'm talking to her, and she must have run that whole mail order thing out of her kitchen, she's screaming at kids, kids are fighting, it was surreal.

I never ordered anything again.
