A T206 printing question for the experts

There is a premium generally placed on T-206s with names on the top and bottom, particularly if there is a full name on both top and bottom. As a related ancillary - there are generally premiums placed on any T-206 cards that are 'oversized' - which often may be the case with T-206s with names on top and bottom.
