So what do we know, now, about PSA/GAI/SGC grading hand-cut cards?

The wear on the Payne is too heavy to say if it was ever trimmed. Looks like honest wear to me - a lot of it - but still honest wear.

What's odd is that they made a printing error look like a legitimate variation.
