Anyone else having sniper service snafus????

They placed my bid exactly 60 seconds before the auction ended, but I had asked for 5 seconds. When I asked them about it, they blamed it on ebay. The explanation made no sense and each time I tried a different support email address I got the same techy and he told me he would be glad to close my account (although I didn't ask for that) but he wouldn't do anything else for me. So I stopped using them.
