tbobOther than with a handful of collectors, the backs may be rare but not have that great a premium. There may be 10-15 collectors who fight amongst each other for them but the rest of the tobacco card collecting world could probably care less. For example, look at the T213 Coupon set. A common in exmt from that set should be selling, based on rarity for 20x the price of a T206 with the same front, but it doesn't.
A Baltimore News card should sell for 30x the price of an E94 with the same front, but they don't.
As long as the demand exists for the 42 backs, you'll always have a small group who will drive up the value but to most tobacco card collectors, they could care less.
