My one dealing with them was winning 2 E107s, Cross & Criger. They somehow misplaced the Cross and shipped me a Criger that was not in the scan shown (amazing for how few of these cards there actually are). He offered me no compensation except that he woould take care of me next time. Needless to say there has been no next time.
