Pirate Box

It's an unopened box. Might contain a NM T215. Owner claims 1 out of 5 packs that they owned did contain a NM T215. Second box had a Asian Warrior card. Other 3 boxes weren't opened. Unclear whether or not his box has a factory number, etc., or what tax stamp says or even exists.
