The part of the auction I was concerned with was over by 9:00 P.M. All lots beginning at $100 made it easy to see exactly how much to bid (with a limited budget) to get
the highest possible bid in without going broke--you aim for your top spot from 2 bids down--so nobody else will get it.

But, aside from those circumstances, limit bids suck...
