I agree... late '30s / early '40s. If I knew the Pirate was that rare, I would not have sold it (or would have at least snapped off a photo first). As I recall, the Pirate atop the ashtray was magnificant and unique... a mean snarling fellow. I have never seen another Pirate Mascot portrayed in that manner. |
