Yep, most were home made or from small manufacturers, but most I've seen or read about were 8-10". In 1854 the official size moved from 9 to 10 1/4". I know your ball is good, I was just wondering if anyone else has seen a lemon peel that large. I've seen tiny examples the size of ping-pong balls. |
