The back of this pc is better than the front, and that's saying something given that the front shows Jackson, McMullen, and the rest. It was postmarked on the day of Game 2 of the 1919 World Series and reads, "The Reds are my boys! It looks as if these fellows were snowed under. Will see them perform here the next three days as I was lucky enough to get a reserved seat." The sender had no idea of the history he was watching unfold. An unused copy would be much less desirable than one with this provenance. |
