The Devine is signed in fountain pen. It's fine. I'd still need to see a better scan of Giles, as it's not clear enough for anyone to make a proper judgement without seeing it in higher resolution. Keep in mind that many of these were rubber-stamped by Giles' office (although there are plenty of authentically-signed versions as well).
