Perhaps Peter C. subscribes to the Wildean philosophy that holds that the only thing worse than being talked about, is not being talked about. He sees that his behavior, obstinate and annoying as it may be to many on this board, gets him the greatest amount of attention, so he persists in it. Juvenile, but it does seem to work.
