The Tutwiler clue is the keeper in the case of your example. Go to the boxscores...'tis quite tedious when Project Scoresheet or another such
aggregator hasn't done the work--1913 not available yet, as far as I can tell.

So off to the Sporting News...go to paperofrecord.com. Register for your
FREE account and you can search well over one hundred years of TSN issues.

As I said, this is unbelievably tedious research and YOU MAY GO BLIND before you find your answer, but, hey, there's worse things that make you blind.
