What is your favorite one-of-a-kind item, a never sell item?

I have leaning against a wall a 19th century bat handmade, signed, dated and noted by a man serving a life sentence, presumably for murder. It's a ring bat, in that he carved a series of rings in the barrell. It has the prison's tag and original suede carrying bag.
