Good Customer Service Award

I mean, there was a slight crease, which broke the surface at one tiny spot. Who would think to look for trimming? beautriful card. Six months later, someone pointed out the me that it was trimmed--on all four sides, yet. I didn't even TRY to return it; too much time had elapsed. After
