Judge DredI hope nobody assumed I was accusing anyone of wrong doing here. I just saw the card in a sleeve with a GAI grading label. I only assumed that the card was a "quick grade" as was done by the SCD grading services. I believe that SCD used to place them in the soft sleeves with their label over the end to seal the card into the sleeve.
It is a nice card, even though it was restored. Now it looks more familiar because I remember it on Jeff Sackmans web site a while back.
I hope I didn't offend the seller on this one - if so, my apologies.
I would like to know how someone got PSA to encapsulate a card as trimmed and authentic. I want to use this same service from PSA but it's not listed on their web site. Do we tell PSA that we want it encapsulated as altered but authentic?
Thanks!
