Scott, that sounds like a reasonable solution to me. It is apparent that, if left to our own devices, there would never be a new board. I would think you would know how to technically maintain a board better than anyone here. If this happens and Elliot wishes, I say Elliot stay as moderator.

And to vouch for his charector and life experience, I note that Scott is the only board member who has met Henry in person.
