Scammers do not usually reprint cards mis-cut this badly, but this could be a new trick. Ask for a money-back guarantee and/or a better scan.

Yes, authentic 51B Mantle, but look to the upper right hand corner. At some point, the card incurred a scuff and abrasion at the intersection of the black frame lines. The extreme upper right of the sky, inside the black borderlines was retouched using too deep a blue color. Very obvious. The lines also were abraided but no attempt was made to re-draw them. PSA or SGC will return the card for alteration if submitted.
