As an followup note to my previous post, one may not have the right sell LOC reprints of players like Ty Cobb, as there are companies/estates that hold rights to the commercial use of Cobbs' and other major stars' images. Likewise, it may not be legal to sell reprints of cards that have certain team uniforms, emblems and names. So, legally, reprints of some of the LOC images may not be able to be sold (even if clearly called a reprint) without first getting permission for the owners of the relevant rights.
