I have heard different stories on these cards. One story is that any of them with blank backs are cut from an advertising poster ala Fro-Joys. The other story is that both the ad back and the blank back are legit. Frank Ward would also be a good source for this info. The one I have has an ad back, is on medium cardboard, and I am sure it is real. It has been cancelled too.....I can post a scan tonight if that would help? I do think any legit ones should be on medium card stock and NOT hand cut (unless they are trimmed)..and personally I have stayed away from the blank backed ones I have seen.... best regards |
