I'm cofindent I'm not going out on a limb when I say, for the above mentioned auction lot, the provenance is: the seller's home computer printer within the last month. I'm also certain (am being totally serious) that he included the 'K-Mart' remark as a technicality, so that, as an out, he can say, "I didn't lie. I printed them in my basement. The nearest K-Mart is half a mile away."
