Library of Congress Images on Ebay

Beyond an aesthetic argument, I beleive there's nothing to object to. The item is clearly represented as a reproduction and is 16" x 11" on modern glossy stock. The seller is not violating any copyright laws on this item, and the LOC does not own the rights to this particular image.
