Leon--As someone experienced on ebay you should have had these questions answered before you bid. By bidding you entered into a contract with the seller. The contract is done. The obligation now falls on you to perform your part of the contract. The seller doesn't have to concede on anything at this point. Once your part is done, the obligation is the sellers to deliver the item. |
