I agree with the Brooks that the major problem with these types of frauds is that it most likely going to be the beginners, testing the vintage card hobby for the first time, who are going to be burned (very hot water or my metaphors are mixed) and be scared away. In the end, if this type of fraud is not addressed well, it will lower the hobby's population which should be of conern to everyone on the board, especially when they try and resell down the road.
