1) If allowed, where do the card-related board fights go? My vote would be a single thread for each fight and if it expands to another thread, the violaters get temporary banishment (a week maybe).
2) What happens to posters who post bigotry and obscenity? Set up a rule and abide by it. My vote: one month banishment. (see, I'm quite Liberal)
3) What about personal attacks? What's allowed, who decides, and what gets done? I would vote for email warnings from the board moderator.

Another thought - there is a part of Western Ireland where no one ever goes to jail (except maybe for major crimes). Each town has a "town book" - if you violate a law, your name and the associated offense goes in the book. No one wants to be in "the book". We could have a thread containing the names/offenses of board members - I bet it would stay empty simply by Elliot sending a warning email occasionally.
