Blocking bidders

Scott, I don't know what happened between you and "Brunners", so I won't presume to tell you what to do or how to handle it, but I want to let you know that I have dealt with him on a few occasions in the past, and have corresponded with him on numerous other occasions that didn't involve transactions, and have always had curteous and pleasant contacts with him. From my dealings with him, he is a good guy with a lot of useful information; in fact, I am surprised he is not on this board, maybe he doesn't know about it. Anyway, is it possible that it was just some misunderstanding?
