Whatever happened to Goudeys, Diamond Stars, Playballs etc.

I like the colors used, quality of ink, card thickness, and they are gorgeous when the borders are nice and white, but unfortunately all three sets you mention have tendencies toward browning borders, especially the Diamond Stars. Here's one of my favorites:
