Somewhat OT Buchner N284 question

Robert Forbes' American Tobacco Cards book has some details about the N284 set. He says there are 103 police inspectors included in the set, but doesn't provide a checklist. Good book, anyway.

The N288 Buchner set (Police Inspectors & Captains & Chiefs of the Fire Departments) is even better, I think - there are 95 cards in a larger format. I don't know if Jersey City is represented, but it's a decent bet, since it's close to New York. The scan below is of Chief George Westbrook of Montclair.
