Returns on ebay sales issue

(1) I don't buy/sell slabbed items, but I suspect the argument for no returns on graded cards is that if there is a problem with the grade, then the beef should be with the grader. Unless there something very obviously wrong with the card/holder, this seems to me to be a resonable argument.
