Two thumbs up to deleting anonymous and counterproductive messages; I'm hoping there's some middle ground, though on banning individuals. I think that some/many of the tirades that took place may have been avoided by deletion of the pot-stirring anonymous and scurlous attacks. While I don't see eye-to-eye with the Wentz's (for example), I still think they provide some insight about certain areas of the hobby and should be afforded the same courtesy as I or others on the board. Deleting certain inflamatory messages may provide a middle ground for all of us to not get stirred up and stay on topic. |
