Great early examples of Dave Ruth and Ty Robb.

Gotta love some of the quotes from the description:
"If you think the price isn’t fair, keep it to yourself" and "Feel free to ask questions. If your question is an insult to me in any way, you can trust I will block you." Not sure who is actually depicted on those cabinets, but as long as the seller is making things up, I'd be slightly more likely to believe the Ruth kinda sorta resembles Cy Young. The Cobb on the other hand... |

What was Ty Cobb doing in Detroit before 1900? I am so tempted to ask an insulting question.

The big question is, has he ever found a sucker to buy one of these?

The seller accepted an offer on this 1/4 million dollar bad boy...the offer was at least over $601.00.

Tell the seller you’d buy it if he gets Ruth to sign it.

$4995+ is quite the profit for something that likely cost the seller $5.00 or less. And a decent final price for a photo that just could possibly be the father of Will Stanley, the inventor of the Stanley Cup Thermos.

This crook is a long known fraudster who has been scamming people for years with these cdv's and cabinets of random people he pretends are big names. His listing description is what it is because so many people have told him he is falsely advertising these cards. eBay obviously ignores every report made on him and allows him to continue to defraud people on their platform without any consequence.

Poor guy has to endure all these accusations of fraud just because of, y'know, the fraud and all.
