Default Mantle

This exact card has popped up several times on eBay. What are the chances this guy gets a legit Mantle from a seller in China?

eBay Auth and safeguards should prevent buyer from being out of $$$ but I wonder why eBay can't prevent these auctions from happening in the first place.

Seems like 25% of eBay is Chinese drop shippers. Even when I choose US only in the searches I have still ended up buying from a Chunese drop shipper many many times.

I don't think foreign sales go through the AUTH, do they?

I think you are right. They don't, so thats the scam.

First sale I noticed on eBay was from a 0 feeback seller located in the US. 45 days later the same item pops up from an International seller in China with 0 feedback. YIKES!!!

I guess that explains why it went for such a bargain, because the buyer won’t actually get it.

Hopefully they can still get a refund when it never arrives.
