No fee to list. Only the 5% when you sell.

You do need to ship it to them, so it's not entirely free to the seller to list, because shipping isn't zero.

You do set your own asking price, although they reserve the right to reject unreasonable asking prices. When offers come in, you will get an email to alert from REA, and then you can go in to the REA system and reject, accept, or counter.
