A few years later, another newly graded SGC copy popped up on ebay. It was beautiful but the "Bread for Health'' was missing on the bottom. Somehow it still got a numerical grade. Mine has its bottom banner but missing a small section in the right hand corner, it got an Authentic grade. Im just curious if this is considered part of the label per your standards since the TPG already made their assessment. Thanks

Incompetent grader if they numerically graded one that was trimmed. They are commonly trimmed as kids liked to remove the advertising. These were originally glued to the rear of the bread loaf which is why they are often seen with condition issues like thinning from removal. Any label missing the bread for health banner should be authentic only.
