I have a PSA/JSA signed one that I picked up about a decade ago, that I have framed under UV glass. There are 2 versions of the cover for that program, one with the "Babe Ruth" facsimile signature and one without. Mine is the one without. I'd also love to know some pricing info on it. Sorry, the pic is not the greatest, light reflecting, etc.

Not sure about the cover difference as far as value or scarcity but these come up for sale at times and I would say $5K would be a good price for it.
Of course, sellers of Ruth autographs often ask outrageous prices but as a seller I would say if you could get $5K you should be happy. Obviously, just one person's opinion.
