Are you disclosing if you've washed the cards this time around? Or waiting until its found out later?

All of these cards were soaked out of albums just as all toleteros were if that bothers you don't buy them

I love Toleteros and Venezuelans that have been removed from albums. I have a few in my collection but also some that were never needed to be soaked out of albums.

What bothers me and many others is you lied when asked point blank if the raw 52 Jackie you sold to a friend had been graded. You also waited until after a card came back as authentic to disclose to your "friend" you sold him a card you had tampered with. In the same breath admitted it had been an SGC 4 and you'll have to play with it more.

On top of that you quickly cracked the slabs you had got from them in trade from the same transaction. Presumably to touch up as well. You knew the card was going to get graded but I guess you couldn't wait. Even though the other party was "made whole" those specific copies were any future appreciation were lost (SGC 2.5 Leaf and SGC 2.5 Topps Jackie).

And even before all this, you had a deal with another "friend" for the same card but when the card failed to get a grade at PSA I guess you chose to keep peddling you altered wares to another "friend".

While all this might not seem like it has anything to do with these Toleteros, it has everything to do with you as a seller and member of the community. The other party is not active here and doesn't want to sign up just to rehash this again but as a witness to your lies, I wouldn't trust a single card coming from you.

WTF is wrong with you? You're such a little bitch. You and all your little bitch ass friends running around trolling everyone for something as benign as soaking vintage baseball cards? Get a life. This is a completely standard practice in this hobby and has been for 100 years.

Right on queue. The user with the biggest issue with being honest and disclosing alterations defending another who has issues with being honest. Birds of a feather.

Both of you always deflect to soaking being a non-issue. Its ultimately not about that.

What's wrong with me? What's wrong with letting people make their own informed decisions when spending their hard earned money?

Wade I have never taken money from anyone in this hobby. I messed up not disclosing that and we have been over it nearly 2 years ago. There is no need to constantly bring it up anytime I post about anything related to cards ever. Do people not get forgiveness? Should I just not be allowed to collect cards? Should I not be allowed to sell cards anymore over 1 deal that went wrong? Have you never done something you regretted in your whole life? The reason people lie about soaking is because of people like you. I personally have no problem with getting a card wet in distilled water and drying it. I have a problem with trimming cards and any form of alteration which takes a card to a state it was not in out of the pack. We can be adults and disagree on an opinion without you constantly bombarding and attacking me. It is time to give it a rest.

I am a valued member of this hobby whether you like it or not. I have done thousands of successful transactions and have sold $500k+ in cards in the past 3 years, and I have built a collection I am proud to own. I help provide information to the hobby and am very kind to others and have made a lot of great friendships in collecting.

That's a funny way of saying I'm sorry. You want forgiveness? Try a little contrition, maybe even an actual apology.

You'll get no forgiveness from me and many others of our former group for lying. Unfortunately, there is no bad review systems for deals done outside ebay and reddit, but it doesn't sound like this one bad review among your thousands of postive ones will do much to harm your self-precieved "value".

No idea honestly how you are still a member here Travis. Zero worthwhile contributions and 100% insults and drama. I mean, read what you just wrote. Calling a member a little bitch is a stand up adult move. Great contribution as always.

I just want to see full names in the posts where appropriate...per the rule in bold letters near the top of every page. If you don't it will be added tomorrow. Thanks!

ps...my biggest thing concerning card sales issues is "Is anyone out any hard money?" If the answer is no (which I am told that is the answer), then I am usually fairly forgiving unless it's a repeat situation. Then you are an idiot and probably not good for the forum. Just my view...

Lastly, let's let this go, at least on this venue.

I called him a little bitch because he's acting like a little bitch. He doesn't even collect cards. He just wants to run around trolling people. He and his other little bitch friends block anyone on social media who has a different view than them from being able to respond to posts and conversations and constantly smear people with false accusations. Then he runs around looking for those same people he's blocked on other platforms and responds with bullshit like this in a thread where that crap clearly doesn't belong. That's little bitch behavior. And if he's going to call out something as benign as cleaning a baseball card, then I'm going to call out the fact that he's acting like a little bitch. If Leon doesn't like me calling a spade a spade, he knows where the 'block user' button is.
