Not much can be done
It was a large deal. It did not take place on veriswap. (I didn't even know what veriswap was at the time) It was a private sale.
If you look at veriswap you can see the W515 Strip with Ruth, W512 Sheet with Cobb and other stuff that was part of the deal. He paid all but the final $1600 saying he would pay it when the cards were received. When he received the cards he tried renegotiating the entire deal and saying he wouldn't pay. Not much I can do other than let others know about it. He has already been kicked off of just about every major facebook group.
