Guys, there was a Topps product that carried redemptions for different cards on their Top 150 list. The person who pulled the redemption card for Ted Williams would have received this slabbed card in return. The 1/1 refers to the fact that it was the card that was redeemed from the product. This was actually a pretty elegant way to do this promotion because the original card is preserved and the only stamping or notation is on the flip and not on the card itself.
