The only logical explanation is that this is some scammer hoping to take you for as much as you'll buy, and then never deliver. Maybe he's figured out some strategy for getting out of dodge before the credit card company tries to claw back the payment when all of his buyers dispute the transaction for non-delivery?

They are also selling counterfeit U.S. stamps. These come out of China. The tab at the top has part of a Chinese name, but I do not know how to get the full name, I see yanggguoo...
