Be nice if you just reached out to us on VCP so we can help you out right away... I am not on Net54 all day checking for this... I found your membership using your name and your monthly charge was due on 3/28/25 and Paypal did not go through for some reason beyond our control. So this is why you have lost your access. You can wait for Paypal to pay us usually within a few days. Or you can cancel that sub with PP and then login to VCP and create a new subscription. Hope this helps Bobby |

first, THANK YOU for responding. i have "room" on my paypal account, and had room on the 28th for vcp payment. can you please re-check what the issue is ? i "thought" vcp had changed something up for "everybody" and i was confused. as i stated in an earlier post, i love vcp, i "study" it, by grade, by company, by picture based on the cards i own or am looking to purchase/ (sell). i jokingly refer to it as "the bible" to my baseball card friends, and encourage folks i meet at shows to try it, and subscribe. i knew you had posted but had forgotten your name, hence me starting a thread. We have no control of Paypal and why we did not get paid
I honestly do not know. I did not get a failed from them just did not get paid. Like I said you can wait and see if it does go through because they do retry in a few days. Or you can cancel and create a new subscription. I do not have a person at Paypal I can call and find out what happens. And thanks for the support we try really hard to bring everyone a great experience at VCP |
