Thought I would share a on movie on screen shot of a T206 Wagner, T205 Hoblitzell (guessing it’s the with stats version) and a 1915 Cracker Jack Christy Mathewson. Also a couple of the most iconic comic books.

I’ll see if someone can guess the movie this is from before I post answer.

Not baseball cards, but one of my all-time favorite movies, Fritz Lang's Scarlett Street (1945) starring Edward G. Robinson, involves art forgery and scamming.

Those are from The Accountant. I actually just watched that movie because of the sequel and spotted those too.

That was quick PACKS

I just heard about the sequel and it made me think about seeing the pre-war cards on screen.

Default Cards in Movies

Dick York was in an episode of Alfred Hitchcock entitled The Doubtful Doctor who goes 2 years into his past and his life is turned upside down. He has a scene where he purchases some baseball cards with some kids. He later returns to the present with wet baseball cards in his pocket. He had tried to drown himself. The cards are from the fifties

Also, the Post Cereal box in the Sandlot with cards and Mickey Mantle on it. I believe Doctor James McAvoy supplied the box for the movie. here is link with a picture.

I would put The Accountant up there as one of Ben Affleck's most watchable movies. The Accountant and The Town.

I’ve mentioned this before:

Check out Cerrano’s locker in Major League. Among other things, there appears to be a Hank Aaron rookie.

in killers of the flower moon I spotted what appeared to be a blown up prop to about the size of a cabinet card of an N162 Buffalo Bill
