Ive never had that exact issue come up but I have cards in the vault and have cards that were shipped. Default is the vault so if you don't want your items there change it to have the items shipped prior to payment. You can also request to have items from the vault mailed to you once they are there.
As far as the payment method you must have filled in your information otherwise why would they automatically have it on file and it is probably your default method to pay? 1-855-438-9701 is still a good number for them The chat function has worked well for me Good luck paying and getting your item
