Grading 1964 Topps Standups / Sets Prevalent with Wax Stains?

Wondeful set. There are stains on some of my individual card set as well

yea, interested area of gum stains

I completed my set many years ago...I will have to check and see if gum stains appear ( or settle) in a horizontal direction, Where the perf cut was made

Neat Stuff!

Looking at your wrapper & pack, I'm pretty positive they're wax stains from the wrapper (unless there was something else in there ensuring these didn't fold)
