MLB wants Dodgers(Ohtani) vs Yankees(Judge) - NFL/Goodell helped the Chiefs

Did Goodell only fix the AFC games to sure the Chiefs made it to the Championship game? Or did he also ensure the Eagles represented the NFC, instead of an arguably better story like the Lions or Commanders going to the SB?
