Thanks Mike……I guess I’m used to “beaters” with wear and tear or “character” as we say. I appreciate the quick response. As I said , the ink stain doesn’t bother me and I feel this card has good color and will display nicely.

Not an expert by any stretch , but intuitively not sure why someone would switch that card to that holder. I would gamble authentic.

Very good point Thomas , and I went to the SGC site to check the number , it is the card. The seller was great and actually gave me an additional 5% discount. Bought the card , it is the last McGraw I needed in the T206 set.
Thank you for your input, this is the greatest collector site around as the members are willing to help and guide folks. Pretty awesome!

Mike , I'm 18 cards away from finishing my T206 Set, and somehow McGraw with Cap is one of the few I need also ... funny how that works.

Great purchase ... now crack that guy out of his case and let him breathe.

That card looks real to me. Clearer pics would be helpful but I personally wouldn’t be concerned.
