2024 Additions
This is probably my favorite find of the last part of the year...1970 Bench gamer from his first MVP year with a ton of use...will add a grade next year.

In addition to agreeing with Mike that Rob added worthy additions to this thread to his Giants collection, I don't expect to find anything better than this for my collection in 2025...

I absolutely love the Clemente bat!
I think my favorite pick up in 2024 was this autographed 1934 baseball from the Cardinals championship team.

Best 2024 Pickups
Great pickups all! Congrats!
I had a few nice pickups in 2024. Here are my favorites: * Johnny Vander Meer 7/12/42 shutout trophy ball from his collection. He saved trophy balls from all 29 of his career shutouts including his two no-hitters. This ball came from a 3-0 shutout against the Phillies. 13 K's and 4BB and was one of his top performances for strikeouts. * Early vintage original stadium seat from Redland/Crosley Field. * Lon Warneke 1941 no-hit pop up advertising piece (both pickups at the National) * 1973 Nolan Ryan pinup test issue- PSA 8 (only one higher). This one has always been on my want list- now in the collection * 1915 Federal League ticket that could have been used for Alex (Miles) Main's no-hitter against the Buffed's Last edited by Scott Garner; 01-02-2025 at 04:59 PM.
